Since 2004, Nectar Lounge has been Seattle’s largest indoor/outdoor music venue, and one of its most endeared. High Dive has been an institution in the Fremont neighborhood for Seattle’s up-and-coming music talent since 2005. Our goal is to bring all genres to our stages and all sorts of people together in our space. We bring national and local musicians spanning every genre to our stage, including Global music, Folk, Rock, Metal, Bluegrass, Reggae, Americana, Funk, Jam, Hip-hop, Latin, Electronic, Dance Parties and more. SECURITY (Nectar + High Dive)
The key role in this position is to provide a safe environment for guests and staff alike as well as enforcing applicable liquor laws and policies on-premise. Hours and schedule will be dependent upon business needs. Duties include welcoming guests to our establishment, checking ID’s, alcohol awareness, securing points of access, observation and intervention through de-escalation tactics, ensuring employee safety and walking staff to cars at shift’s end, and refusing entry to intoxicated guests. BARBACK (Nectar + High Dive)
The key role in this position is to provide support to our bartenders. Hours and schedule will be dependent upon business needs. Duties include bussing, glass washing, restocking of product, and clean up. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds required. Candidates need flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Anyone unable to work weekends will not be considered.

PRODUCTION MANAGER (Nectar + High Dive)
TIME COMMITMENT: Part-Time position available; 15 – 25 hours per week. Typical hours are split between evening shifts (5pm-2am) and light at-home office work (2-3 hours per week).
SALARY: $20/hr
POSITION SUMMARY:
Nectar Lounge + High Dive are seeking a highly motivated Production Manager to work directly with talent buyers, artists and production staff to communicate and procure the information needed to prepare for successful events and to run them as such.
The ideal candidate will have fantastic attention to detail, strong organization skills and the ability to meet goals and deadlines with little supervision. A passion for music is a must, as is an understanding of the industry and a proven ability to communicate well with talent in a clear, calm and personable way.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Advances shows with an understanding of tech riders, backline, hospitality
-Oversees all aspects of show production: run of show, artist relations, settlement
-Box office mgmt: sells tickets, greets customers, customer relations, closes out
-Creates and maintains a friendly environment for artists and venue staff
-Makes sure hospitality for artists is to their liking and as previously agreed upon
-Maintains order by enforcing venue policies with firm conviction
-Resolves disputes with artists or customers in a warm and professional manner
-Communicates with management to address concerns and work on solutions
QUALIFICATIONS:
-1-3 years professional experience in concert/event production preferred
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills
-Excellent organization and attention to detail
-Customer service personality, previous experience in customer service a plus
-Basic math skills for settling shows, understanding of Microsoft Excel a plus
